A 1950s-themed parlor inspired by childhood trips to the Wildwood boardwalk, Soda Jerk Ice Cream captures the nostalgic doo-wop vibes of motels and diners. The closure of Kilby’s Cream prompted us to open our own shop, despite the challenges of renovating a long-vacant space with no plumbing and outdated electrical systems. After seven months of hard work and determination, we proudly own one of the few new businesses opening in the U.S. this year!
