By submitting a fundraiser application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Fundraiser Proceeds: Soda Jerk Ice Cream will donate 15% of the net proceeds from sales generated during the agreed-upon fundraiser date and time to your organization. Proceeds will be calculated after any discounts, taxes, or other applicable fees.
Promotion: Your organization is responsible for promoting the fundraiser to your supporters and community. Soda Jerk Ice Cream will also assist in promotion through our social media channels, but the primary responsibility lies with your organization.
Event Conduct: Your organization agrees to conduct the fundraiser in a manner that reflects positively on both your organization and Soda Jerk Ice Cream. This includes ensuring that any volunteers or representatives from your organization behave respectfully and professionally.
Responsibilities: Your organization will provide any necessary materials (e.g., flyers, banners, etc.) for the event and ensure that they align with Soda Jerk Ice Cream's branding and community standards. Any special requests or needs must be communicated to Soda Jerk Ice Cream at least two weeks before the event.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that your organization needs to cancel or reschedule the fundraiser, you agree to notify Soda Jerk Ice Cream as soon as possible, ideally no later than one week before the scheduled date. Soda Jerk Ice Cream reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Post-Event Reporting: Soda Jerk Ice Cream will provide a summary report of the fundraiser’s results within two weeks of the event. Your organization will also provide feedback on the event and any additional information that may help improve future fundraising efforts.
Liability: Your organization acknowledges that Soda Jerk Ice Cream is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the fundraiser. Your organization agrees to hold Soda Jerk Ice Cream harmless in the event of any claims or disputes arising from the event.
By initialing the fundraiser form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions. You also confirm that you are an authorized representative of the organization and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
